Are you a self-starter who thrives working independently, loves helping people, and wants to be part of a passionate team (with a taste for wine)? Boutique Wine is on the hunt for a reliable and motivated Customer Service Operator to join us part-time, Monday to Friday.

This is a remote work-from-home role, perfect for someone who’s confident working on their own, has their own computer, and takes pride in delivering top-tier customer support.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Tracking orders via Australia Post, Fastway, and Go Logistics

Responding to member emails quickly and professionally

Answering incoming calls and managing enquiries via Freshdesk

Assisting our call centre team with order updates and support

Building great relationships with our loyal wine-loving members

To Be Successful, You’ll Need:

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Strong computer literacy and confidence using systems independently

Your own computer and a quiet, reliable home office setup

The ability to work and manage your own time

Extremely reliable and committed to showing up every day

Previous customer service experience (Freshdesk or ecommerce experience a bonus)
