The Role
As Assistant Boutique Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Boutique Manager in delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You will help lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to uphold the highest standards of client service, brand representation, and operational excellence. Your focus will include assisting with daily operations, contributing to strategic sales initiatives, and nurturing lasting client relationships through personalised, consultative service. You’ll also be involved in team development, store presentation, and analysing sales data to help drive performance and achieve targets.

Skills and Experience
We are looking for a luxury retail professional with proven leadership experience, ideally within the watch or fine jewellery industry. A strong interest in luxury timepieces and an appreciation for heritage craftsmanship are essential. You’ll bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a natural ability to build client rapport, and a proactive, sales-focused mindset. Experience with operational processes, team coaching, and sales reporting will be highly regarded.
