Luxury Retail Operations Assistant
Location: Sydney CBD ( Head Office)
Salary: $70,000- $80,000 plus super

Our Client Our client is a leading luxury brand with a global presence, seeking a Retail Operations Assistant to join their Sydney head office located in the CBD. This role is integral to ensuring operational excellence across their boutique network in Australia.

The Role As a Retail Operations Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations, inventory management, and compliance with company policies. Collaborating closely with both corporate and retail teams, you will contribute to the seamless functioning of the business while maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with retail teams on inventory matters and daily operations.
  
  
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  
  
• Monitor inventory to minimize aging stock and process monthly reports.
  
  
• Train and communicate effectively with teams to elevate operational standards.
  
  
• Assist with new boutique openings and support ad-hoc duties as required.
  
  

Skills and Requirements:

• Business or Marketing degree or equivalent preferred.
  
  
• Experience in retail operations, ideally within the luxury industry.
  
  
• Strong business acumen and understanding of local consumer practices.
  
  
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach.
  
  
• Proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office.
