Your Mission

To elevate performance, empower people, and drive excellence across the entire operations footprint. Reporting to the senior executive team, you’ll lead a talented group of Area Managers and General Managers, creating alignment across venues while championing innovation, consistency, and outstanding guest experiences.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading and inspiring a diverse team of senior leaders across a multi-venue portfolio.
• Driving operational excellence through clear frameworks, systems, and coaching.
• Building a unified culture that empowers venue teams and supports sustainable growth.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional departments (HR, finance, marketing) to deliver on commercial targets and brand standards.
• Identifying new opportunities for innovation, margin growth, and service elevation.
