About the Role:
Canberra Health Services (CHS) delivers high-quality, person-centered care across acute, sub-acute, primary, and community-based services in the ACT and surrounding region. The University of Canberra Hospital (UCH), part of CHS, is a sub-acute rehabilitation facility providing inpatient and community-based care in rehabilitation, aged care, and mental health.
The Single Assessment System (SAS) is a Commonwealth-funded program that conducts aged care assessments to support access to services. It manages both home support and comprehensive assessments, as well as assessor training and performance.
Enrolled Nurses in this role work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, while remaining accountable for providing safe and effective patient care.
