What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a passionate, outgoing, and customer-focused professional to join us as a Business Concierge. In this role, you’ll leverage your experience in outbound calling and customer engagement to connect directly with our members, building strong relationships through meaningful conversations. You’ll understand their needs, prepare detailed reports, and connect them with our partner businesses that deliver value and impact.
This role requires a natural ability to connect with people, exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively. Your proactive approach and tailored solutions will drive long-term member success and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for our members, delivering an outstanding customer experience
Triage membership applications and conduct qualification calls
Proactively engage with members to understand their challenges and identify growth opportunities
Create customised reports and connect members with partner services
Monitor member progress through regular check-ins and follow-ups
Build and nurture long-lasting relationships, ensuring member satisfaction and loyalty
Address concerns to ensure member satisfaction and retention
Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and refine processes for better service delivery
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the membership platform
Work closely with the CEO, Portfolio Director, and internal teams to implement efficient processes
Support the launch and development of key services, contributing to platform growth
Key Skills & Experience
Customer Service Expertise: Minimum 5 years in customer success, call centres, or membership-based roles
Business Acumen: Familiarity with key business concepts, either through hands-on experience or formal training
Interpersonal Strength: Natural communicator with proven ability to build trust and rapport
Organisational Skills: Strong at managing priorities, tracking details, and delivering quality outcomes
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and project management systems (e.g., Asana, Trello)
Problem Solving: Confident in identifying business challenges and proposing strategic solutions
