The Role

Reporting to the Victorian Service Manager, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and commissioning industrial equipment. You will need to be available for the on-call roster every seven weeks, but you will be compensated with an excellent on-call allowance and paid at double time for call-outs.
You will have a background as a Mechanical Fitter and worked in environments such as manufacturing, production or laundry servicing or worked in a similar field service role.

You will also require a current and valid disconnect/reconnect licence.

Agreement in place with annual increases!

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with new and existing customers and deliver a great customer experience.
• Adhere to electrical safety standards and practices.
• Service, repair, and commission industrial equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the van, workshop, and customer site.
• Complete required documentation and processes associated with the completion of the job, such as site-specific documentation, van stock take, and credit card reconciliation.
• Understand and comply with client policies and procedures.

Hours

8am to 4.30pm (plus OT)
