About the role

The Chemello Group is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in Balga, Alkimos and Greenwood, WA. This full-time role is responsible for providing high-quality care and educational experiences for children in our early learning centre. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a crucial part in shaping the development and wellbeing of the children in our care.

What you'll be doing

Plan and implement engaging learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework

Provide a nurturing, safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow

Observe and document children's progress, and adapt activities to meet their individual needs

Build positive relationships with children and their families

Collaborate with the broader early childhood education team to continuously improve our service

Ensure compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and centre policies

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education

Minimum 2 years' experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher

Strong understanding of child development and the ability to create engaging learning experiences

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with children and families

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Current First Aid and CPR certification, and a valid Working with Children Check
