The Bellevue Hotel in Paddington is seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to join our kitchen team. We're a well-loved local pub with a focus on classic pub food done right, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for quality and consistency.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong knowledge of cookery and food preparation

Ability to work independently and manage a section

A commitment to food quality and presentation

Experience with ordering and stock control is preferred

Passion for classic pub cuisine

Requirements:

Must be a current resident with the right to work in Australia

Available for either part-time or full-time work

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to maintain a clean, organised workspace
