Position: Refrigeration Service Technician

Office Location: Clyde, New South Wales

Job Type: Full-time position

Role & Responsibilities:

Participate in on call roster

Take the lead in providing exceptional maintenance, diagnosis, and repair services for a diverse range of refrigeration systems, demonstrating mastery in your craft.

Employ your analytical prowess to swiftly identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.

Embrace the challenge of responding promptly to service calls and emergencies, executing swift and effective solutions to minimize downtime and maximize client satisfaction.

Utilising AroFlo software you will maintain meticulous documentation of all service activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness in service reports, equipment logs, and inventory records.

Cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through clear and proactive communication, offering expert guidance and support

Demonstrate a track record of success as a refrigeration technician, with comprehensive knowledge of refrigeration systems, components, and controls.

Exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail, coupled with a commitment to upholding safety standards and protocols.

Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and teammates, fostering collaborative relationships and delivering superior service experiences.

Technical Requirements:

Possess a solid foundation in refrigeration principles and techniques, supported by completion of a Cert III in refrigeration.

Hold ARC Licence certification for handling and using refrigerants.

Hold White Card certification for work on construction sites.

Maintain a valid driver's licence.
