About the Opportunity
You will play a critical role in the delivery of the Riverland’s Industry Blueprint Implementation Plan– the plan that will drive the ongoing development and success of the region's wine industry.
In this Project Officer role, you will be front and centre in ensuring that all outcomes of the Blueprint are met.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating Implementation Plan activities, meetings, and reporting.
Facilitating Implementation Plan communications with stakeholders such as winemakers, grape growers, Government, and other industry groups.
Support the Executive and the Board with administrative functions and document control.
About You
You will be experienced in project coordination and skilled at managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Highly organised, willing to learn, and flexible, you are known for your quality work and high standards. You are an outstanding communicator and have highly professional business writing skills.
Relevant industry experience is desirable, but more so your transferable skills, enthusiastic approach and willingness to tackle diverse tasks as they arise.
You will have;
Outstanding business writing, presentation, and formatting skills.
Intermediate to advanced MS Office.
Knowledge of Xero and Adobe software.
Driver’s licence and access to own vehicle.
This role is located in the Riverland, and applicants must currently reside in the region or be prepared to relocate.
Qualifications in Project Management or a related field is desirable.
This position is offered on a 1-year contract tied to funding from the Government of South Australia.

Riverland Wine is the face of the Riverland wine industry and proudly represents 900+ wine grape growers and 30+ wineries. It is a partnership between the Riverland Wine Industry Development Council and the Riverland Grape Growers Association.
The organisation designs and advocates strategy that covers a range of key areas from export development, viticulture, product development, market trends and analysis, to tourism and marketing capability. Most importantly Riverland Wine pursues outcomes that will benefit members, the local community and the regional economy.
