About the Role
We’re looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join our Spring Hill, Brisbane team. You’ll support veterans by delivering key social work services that promote their physical, mental, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide social work support in line with DVA guidelines

Conduct telehealth assessments and manage treatment plans

Coordinate referrals and allied health bookings

Complete documentation and reporting to required standards

Address psychosocial issues like isolation, mental health, and rehabilitation

About You
You have:

A Social Work degree and AASW membership

Experience with veterans or similar groups

Strong communication and case management skills

A client-centered, ethical approach

Commitment to professional development and supervision
