Who You Are:

Hold a current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration

Obsessed with property and love the excitement of uncovering up-and-coming and off-market opportunities

A natural people person — confident, personable, and skilled at building rapport

Super organised, detail-oriented, hardworking, and always one step ahead

A great communicator with a professional phone manner

Eager to learn, grow, and be mentored by experienced agents

Hold a current Driver’s Licence and have your own car

Have at least 1 year of experience working in real estate

What You’ll Be Doing:

The Search: Build strong relationships with selling agents to uncover off-market properties and early access opportunities. You'll become the go-to contact for what’s coming up before it hits the market.

Property Inspections: Visit and assess properties for client suitability, capturing video walk-throughs and providing key feedback.

Client Experience: Be part of the full client journey - from initial conversations through to settlement day - providing top-tier service and genuine care every step of the way.

CRM & Lead Nurturing: Help build and manage a pipeline of future buyers using our systems and your relationship-building skills.
