About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Communications Coordinator to join our growing agency. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, content development, and digital communications. You’ll work closely with strategists, designers, and developers to ensure brand messaging is clear, consistent, and impactful, whether it’s on a homepage, in a social post, or part of a campaign.

We’re looking for someone who’s just as comfortable writing compelling copy as they are analysing audience engagement. You’re a connector who understands how all touchpoints, from brand voice to website UX, come together to shape perception.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Communications (50%)

Translate brand positioning into compelling messaging and content

Develop and maintain brand voice across client and agency channels

Support content planning and execution for campaigns, newsletters, and social media

Collaborate on naming, taglines, and brand storylines

Assist in brand audits and research initiatives

Digital & Web Communications (50%)

Write and edit content for websites (homepage messaging, service pages, bios, calls-to-action, etc.)

Help shape content strategy, wireframes, and site architecture alongside UX and design teams

Use analytics tools to evaluate content performance and optimise accordingly

Manage and maintain digital content calendars

Coordinate website content, QA and publishing with client and development teams

What We're Looking For

2–5 years of experience in digital communications, brand strategy, or content strategy

Strong writing/editing skills with an eye for clarity, tone, and brand alignment

Familiarity with web best practices (UX writing, SEO basics, accessibility, etc.)

Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)

Ability to juggle multiple projects and stay organised in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining an eye for detail

A curious mindset and collaborative spirit

Bonus Points

Experience in creative or branding agencies

Experience with faith based and/or non profit organisations

Knowledge of analytics tools (ie. Google Analytics)

Understanding of content hierarchy and storytelling in digital environments
