Our National Support Centre is located in Adelaide CBD, South Australia where our enthusiastic team focuses on the recruitment of new franchise partners and support of existing franchise partners, as well as working with new and existing clients.

The Position
As our Digital Content Producer, you’ll be at the forefront of our content strategy—writing scripts, editing media, and managing end-to-end production for a variety of digital formats. This is a hands-on, creative role where you'll have the freedom to shape compelling narratives that resonate with our audience.
The role is Full Time 9:00am - 5:00pm (Monday-Friday), centrally located in a brand new office building in the heart of King William Street. Equipped with a gym in the building, and right by multiple public transport access points on our doorstep.
Responsibilities includes:
Podcast Production: Write scripts, coordinate guests, record episodes, and edit audio for publication.
Webinar Management: Plan and execute engaging webinars from concept to delivery, including promotion and post-event edits.
Video Content: Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality video content for our website, social media, and campaigns.
Photography: Capture and curate professional images for marketing, social, and internal use.
Editing & Post-Production: Use industry-standard tools to polish audio-visual content and maintain brand consistency.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and leadership teams to align content with our brand goals and campaigns.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Videography & photography experience
Strong skills in video/audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, Final Cut, or similar programs.)
Excellent writing and storytelling abilities
Basic knowledge of lighting, sound, and camera operations
A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
