Job Title: Siebel Test Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Siebel Test Analyst to support the ongoing enhancement and maintenance of Siebel CRM systems within a complex enterprise environment. This role will be part of a high-performing team working on a major federal government program, ensuring system functionality, stability, and compliance with business and technical requirements.

This is a contract role starting mid-July 2025, running through to June 2026, with potential for extension based on performance and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Siebel CRM applications.
• Conduct system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing across various modules.
• Review and analyse functional and technical specifications.
• Identify, log, track, and manage defects through to resolution using defect management tools.
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Contribute to test strategy and test process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with test standards, procedures, and government-mandated quality controls.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience as a Test Analyst with specific hands-on experience testing Siebel CRM applications.
• Solid understanding of Siebel architecture, configurations, workflows, and interfaces.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
• Exposure to testing in government or highly regulated environments is desirable.

• Candidates must be Australian Citizens and hold or be eligible to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance.
• Role can be performed remotely or from any major city in Australia, with periodic on-site attendance if required.
