About the role:

Our key local government client is seeking a SAP Functional Analyst to join their team, on a 12 month initial contract. This is a Brisbane based role.

Responsabilities:

• Lead or assist in in-depth design and configuration discussions, outlining the specific requirements for setting up SAP Production Planning (PP), including key components such as Demand Planning, Capacity Planning, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and Production Orders.
• Perform comprehensive testing of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Plant Maintenance (PM) configurations to detect and address any issues or inconsistencies.
• Work closely with ERP program and platform team members to ensure seamless coordination and integration of services.
• Partner with business stakeholders and vendors to ensure PP processes and system configurations align with the Council’s requirements and are fit for purpose.

Required Skills:

• Proven expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in delivering successful SAP implementation or system conversion projects, with a focus on PP and EAM.
• SAP PP/PM certification is highly regarded.
• Demonstrated experience integrating Production with related modules such as EAM, Materials Management (MM), Sales, and Financial Accounting (FICO).
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, influence, and relationship management—able to effectively navigate diverse perspectives and drive outcomes through collaborative business, team, and vendor interactions.
