At Salt Recovery, we’re not just about treatment—we’re about transformation. We take a holistic approach, working with our guests biologically, psychologically, socially, and spiritually to help them rebuild their lives. With just five guests at a time, you’ll have the space to deliver truly personalised care.

Now, we’re looking for the right Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our team on a casual basis—someone who’s compassionate, intuitive, and driven by purpose.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Creating a Home: Helping with room turnovers to ensure our guests feel comfortable and cared for.
Supporting Mental Health: Providing professional, compassionate support on their recovery journey.
Guest Scheduling: Assisting with daily routines to ensure each guest gets the most from our program.

What You Need to Know:

Casual role with potential for more hours if you’re the right fit.

Sleepover shifts required (4:30 PM - 10:00 PM, with a sleepover flat rate then 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM).

You’ll have your own private sleeping quarters—because we look after our team as much as our guests.

What We’re Looking For:

Registered or Enrolled Nurse (Australia)
Empathetic, kind, and great with people

Strong communication skills
Flexibility for evening and overnight shifts + weekends
Mental health experience? Even better.
