About the role
Musgrave Hill Community Children's Centre is seeking a passionate and experienced Diploma qualified educator to join our team in Southport, QLD. This part-time role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children in our vibrant early learning community.
What you'll be doing
Providing high-quality education and care for children aged 0-5 years
Implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate activities and programs
Observing and documenting children's progress, interests and needs
Supporting the overall operations of the centre, including maintaining a safe and nurturing environment
Collaborating with families to build strong partnerships and support children's learning and wellbeing
What we're looking for
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
Demonstrated experience working in a similar early childhood education setting
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for supporting children's development and fostering their growth
A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
