We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals who;

• Are extremely fluent in English, with outstanding communication skills and the ability to identify and understand nuances of the English language
• Have experience working with neurodivergent individuals (or relevant personal experience)
• Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving abilities
• Work collaboratively within a team environment

We currently have many positions across Greater Brisbane and the Moreton Bay Region for support in:

• In Home Support: Cooking, Housekeeping, Organisation and Planning, Transport Support, Exercise Support
• Social and Community Support: Board Games, Dungeons & Dragons, Magic the Gathering, Warhammer, Miscellaneous Groups
• In person Skill Development Support (Currently undertaking/completed psychology degree or similar)

Please note is a minimum requirement for all applicants to have:

• Experience working or lived experience with people with neurodivergent individuals
• Current Blue Card or willingness to obtain a Blue Card
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate
• Open Drivers licence and Comprehensively Insured car
• Willingness to start with one or two shifts per week, with further opportunities available from here
• Understanding of Neurodiversity and positive values regarding people with disability
• Are extremely fluent in English, with outstanding communication skills and the ability to identify and understand nuances of the language
