The Role

We are looking for an experienced accountant to join our team and provide taxation, accounting, business advisory and superannuation services to an extensive range of business clients and high net worth investors.

Key Responsibilities

· Preparation of financial statements & tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships & SMSF

· Preparation of BAS/IAS returns

· Ensure clients are compliant with tax & financial obligations & deadlines are actively managed

· Engage with a diverse portfolio of clients

· Engage with the ATO and other regulatory bodies

Skills, qualifications and experience

· 5+ years’ experience in a Chartered/CPA firm

· CA or CPA qualified preferred but not essential for the right candidate

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong problem-solving skills

· An enthusiastic attitude and strong attention to detail

· Proficient in accounting software including MYOB, Xero, Class Super.
