About the opportunity
The Training Support Officer (TSO) provides administrative and finance support services to facilitate the operation of the training directorate within NSW SES. This includes a range of data management, procurement, communication and administrative activities to support the coordination, delivery, and accurate reporting of training courses and exercises.
This is an ongoing opportunity with the option to work from either the NSW SES Wagga Wagga or Goulburn locations.

About you
To be successful in this role you will:
Proven skills and knowledge in administration systems and services including data entry, purchasing, course administration, travel management, and coordination of meetings/events.
Provide high level customer service to NSW SES members and external suppliers.
Collect and compile information for, and prepare documentation in line with legislative and organisational requirements
Have experience withing within a team to deliver proficient project support including sensitive matters.
Understanding of emergency services and/or working within a Registered Training Organisation will be of benefit to the position.

Attractive salary range of $82,193 to $90,001 plus 11.5% superannuation and leave loading.

We are a volunteer-based organisation that provides emergency assistance to the people of NSW 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
