About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with Nilesh Nandan on high-impact immigration projects and help develop and deliver new services to market. You’ll be deeply involved in designing tailored strategies for clients across a range of visa subclasses, including employer-sponsored, protection, partner, and investor streams.

You’ll also assist in refining operational systems, client pathways, and legal arguments—drawing on real-world insight and market demand. The role combines legal precision with entrepreneurial thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Co-design and develop new visa services for rollout across Australia

Assist in legal strategy and submissions for complex immigration matters

Collaborate on marketing, client education, and legal innovation projects

Support internal training and mentorship of junior lawyers and consultants

Option to travel for client work or represent the firm in international settings
