About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Travel Consultant to join our prestigious 5-star boutique travel agency, Brisbane Travel Centre, in the heart of Brisbane, Queensland. As a full-time Senior Travel Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional and personalised travel planning services to our discerning clientele.

What you'll be doing

Consulting with clients to understand their unique travel requirements and preferences

Researching and proposing tailored travel itineraries, incorporating flights, accommodation, activities and transport

Negotiating the best possible rates and packages with our trusted travel suppliers

Coordinating all travel arrangements, including bookings, documentation and logistics

Providing exceptional customer service and post-booking support to ensure a seamless travel experience

Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and suppliers

Identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities to drive business growth

What we're looking for

A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Travel Consultant, preferably within a high-end boutique agency

Comprehensive knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, products and services

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide personalised, tailored solutions

Strong negotiation and sales skills to secure the best deals for our clients

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities

Confidence in using various travel booking and management systems

A passion for travel and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
