This mid-sized business is a major player within its sector and provides a much-needed service to a wide array of clients. The sector is robust and continues to grow and consolidate, affording a number of future exit opportunities.

This is a critical role supporting not only the CEO and operations but also the board. The heavy lifting around transformation has been done and the mandate is now refinement, providing data integrity, insight to the board and solid corporate governance to ensure the business is ‘exit ready’ for the future sales process. You will lead a high calibre team, so should possess leadership experience, a high EQ and enjoy partnering across the operations of the organization. This is a highly visible role, having an opinion and voice at the executive table and creating further capacity for a dynamic CEO.

You should have experience of working with private equity (as a CFO or in a senior finance role), either in Australia or internationally. Experience of refining processes and systems to drive results and deliver insight to underpin short, medium- and long-term decision making is key. You must be able to operate at pace, and interface with the operations of a business. You have ideally supported a PE board and have the commercial nous and personal gravitas to give the shareholders trust and confidence in the performance of their investment. We are seeking a tenacious, mature, experienced CFO who can make a tangible impact to this business at a critical juncture in their journey.
