About the role
Mechanical Fitting Solutions is seeking skilled Industrial Painters with sand blasting experience to join our team for 2-4 weeks on a casual basis for a start early June, based in the Mid North Coast Region. Overtime and Living Away from Home Allowance on offer for this contract.

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out sandblasting and industrial painting tasks including preparation, painting and clean up, in an industrial environment.

Expectations for this position are:

Physical fitness, in order to carry out washing, sandblasting and painting requirements

Using Blast-One hopper blasters

Stripe coating

Spray painting

Willing to clean up and leave a clean worksite

Adhering to all relevant health, safety and quality standards

What we're looking for

Proven experience in industrial settings

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good problem-solving and communication skills
