About the role

As the Restaurant Manager at Nude Amigos', you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant beachside restaurant located in the picturesque town of Kingscliff, NSW. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our business and delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

What you'll be doing

Manage the front-of-house team, including scheduling, training, and performance management

Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the restaurant's reputation

Monitor and control costs, including inventory management and labour costs

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure menu items are consistently prepared to the highest quality

Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner

Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the restaurant in alignment with the company's vision

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction

Proficiency in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control

A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience

Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field would be highly regarded
