About the role

Ritchie's Fabrication PTY LTD is seeking Ore Processing Mill Operators to join our team. Whilst our company is based out of Dubbo NSW, we work across NSW and interstate across many mine sites. We have multiple casual full-time positions (with the potential for full-time work). Whether you're an experienced Ore Processing Mill Operator or you're looking for a change, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

Operate processing plant equipment (Grinding, Gravity, Leach, Adsorption, etc.).

Operate process control systems.

Identify and diagnose maintenance needs.

Ensure efficient use of plant and equipment.

Operate IT loader, bobcat, forklift, and power tools safely.

Requirements

Previous experience in a mineral processing environment.

Open C class driver’s licence.

Knowledge of process technologies and equipment.

Ability to manage resources effectively with strong organisation and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Ability to work a 7/7 roster rotation (days and nights).

Basic computer skills

Confined Space, Working at Heights, National Police Check (desirable).

Full Australian working rights.
