You’ve spent years building deep expertise in the iChris payroll system - understanding how to implement it, configure it, optimise it, and ensure it delivers compliant, efficient payroll outcomes. You’re the person people turn to when the system gets complicated. But now, you’re looking for something more.

You want to move beyond optimising iChris within a single organisation and use your expertise to support a variety of clients, helping businesses unlock the full potential of their payroll platform.

In this role, you’ll work on complex iChris implementations for major clients across multiple industries. You’ll act as the Subject Matter Expert throughout the implementation lifecycle - advising on process design, configuring the system, troubleshooting issues, validating compliance, and supporting successful go-lives.

This role is all about consulting and advising, not processing payroll. Instead of managing day-to-day tasks, you’ll shape workflows, optimise configurations, and ensure legislative compliance across varied client environments.

You’ll also play a critical role in training payroll teams, documenting processes, and ensuring a seamless handover for long-term success.

Your work will directly support better compliance outcomes, reduced payroll risk, and improved reporting and integration with finance, HR, and time & attendance systems.

What you’ll need:

• Deep technical expertise in the iChris payroll system.

• Previous experience working for Frontier as an Implementation Specialist or in a similar consultancy will be highly regarded but not essential.

• Experience configuring, optimising, and implementing iChris in complex environments.

• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll compliance, including tax, superannuation, and reporting.
