About the Role

We are expanding our team and seeking motivated Landscape Gardeners and Landscapers to join us. This role offers opportunities for individuals with varying levels of experience:

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day tasks will vary depending on experience, but may include:

• General Garden Maintenance: Mowing, weeding, whipper snipping, hedging, pruning, and planting
• Soft Landscaping: Turfing, mulching, garden bed preparation, and planting design
• Hard Landscaping: Paving, decking, fencing, retaining wall construction, and other structural projects
• Irrigation Systems: Installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation systems
• Turf Management: Comprehensive lawn care, including aerating, fertilizing, and weed control
• Customer Interaction: Providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction on all projects

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• A genuine passion for horticulture, landscaping, and the outdoors
• Strong work ethic, pride in your work, and a willingness to learn and improve
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Early morning availability and the ability to stick to project schedules
• Reliable transport and a valid driver’s license
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Adherence to workplace health and safety protocols

Additional Advantages:

• Experience in gardening, landscaping, or construction (preferred but not essential for entry-level applicants)
• Blue Card and/or police check
• Formal qualifications in horticulture, landscape construction, or related fields
• Familiarity with irrigation systems or power tools
