Granny Flats WA Requires:-

Quality registered builder/surveyor with significant supervisory previous experience and roles to in Perth metro building environment to work with recognized and reputable building company in WA for over 25 years specialising in Granny Flats and steel frame additions and renovations.

The role is not to attain and maintain registration as a building company as GFWA already has a number of registered builders but require the experience of knowledge required to maintain building standards, educate growing team of junior supervisors and assist a great team to grow through expansion within the company.

Due to significant growth over the last 2 year's we are expanding and seeking to maintain and improve quality control with all our on site builds.

Company vehicle, phone and laptop provided and you will be working with very experienced long term staff and visiting sights and overseeing trade contractors between Mandurah and Joondalup.

The role is very much mobile on site inspections as a senior quality control builder making sure constructions meet and exceed expected quality standards.

You will be educating and sharing your knowledge with the present team of site supervisors aiming to improve their knowledge, management and safety expectations on site.

GFWA constructions are speedy, small homes and additions and extend from Mandurah to Joondalup.- we are seeking more than one member to add to the production and supervisor team so areas will be split.

Understanding of the BCA is essential in applying the building standards to GFWA constructions and educating the team.

We are also seeking junior supervisors who are undertaking Building Construction studies to expand the on site junior supervisor roles so if seems suitable we welcome applications without building licence as well and are keen to add to their supervisory experince to attain building registration under the experience and mentoring of in house registered builders.

We welcome former building inspection experience and would also consider a contracted role to assist teams to attain better standards of on site construction and safety.

Working hours flexible but presently 7 to 3 pm
