This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Building Supervisor . As an integral member of the senior management team, you will manage key client relationships, influence negotiations, and maximise opportunities throughout Western Australia. Our fresh, entrepreneurial approach to our industry offers an exciting and challenging workplace environment. You will be responsible for estimating, presentation of quotations and securing of IPC Maintenance value propositions to existing customers, building sustainable relationships, as well as introducing new clients to our business. Measures of success include safety, quality, development of the employees reporting to you, customer satisfaction, maintaining margins and overall contribution to business success.

To be successful you must:

Managing with the highest level of safety standards across the day-to-day operations of the Building division

Experience working with Tier 1 corporate clients

Project, manage, schedule and report for 1 million $ plus jobs

Preferably a Registered Building Practitioner

Maintaining an accurate quote register - number and value of all new quotes and conversion to sales orders

Minimum five years experience in a supervisory role

Managing existing clients and seeking out new clients

Proven new business development capabilities and closing business opportunities

Extensive experience with Excel, MS Projects and similar estimating software

Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to influence to drive successful outcomes

Ability to work autonomously to achieve success as part of a wider supportive team

Preparation of professional tenders and quotations and timely follow-up

Negotiate contracts and assist in monitoring variations to contracts in progress

be available to work a minimum of 45 hours per week.

Salary package $140,000 -$160,000
