This national builder has a strong presence in Perth producing high quality builds utilising a range of construction methodologies. With a highly experienced management team, they continue to exceed clients expectations by offering the highest quality builds.

Working in a tight-knit, friendly team environment, this role will oversee a run of mainly single storey builds south of the river from Hilbert to Falcon.

Key Requirements:

• Trade qualification is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in site supervision in the residential housing sector.
• A high attention to detail and a proactive sense of urgency.
• The ability to read and articulate contractual documents, plans and specifications
• Proficient in use of building systems.
• Strong multi-tasking and self-management skills.
• Strong communication skills.
