About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic Kitchen Hand to join our dynamic kitchen team. Internally known as a Catering Assistant, this role plays a vital part in helping us deliver high-quality meals and exceptional service to our customers.

What You’ll Do:

Assist with basic food preparation under the direction of the chef or supervisor

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food service areas

Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

Receive and store deliveries

Support the team in setting up and clearing food service areas

Adhere to food safety and workplace health & safety standards at all times

What We’re Looking For:

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Previous experience in a similar kitchen or food service role (preferred, not essential)

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Good communication skills

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends if required
