About the Role:

As our Receptionist, you’ll manage general reception duties, handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and discuss treatment options with patients. You’ll work with a team that focuses on core treatments like crowns, implants, and cosmetic work, ensuring a smooth operation and excellent patient care.

What We’re Looking For:

12 months+ experience in dental reception or customer service

Knowledge of core treatments (crowns, implants, cosmetic work) 🦷

Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach 💬

Ability to multitask and maintain a professional attitude 👔

Experience with Dental for Windows software (preferred) 🖥️

A motivated team player eager to learn and grow 📚
