Kalkoup Clinics is looking for a passionate and capable Registered Nurse to join our growing team. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality, family-centred care to children with complex medical needs, right in their own homes.

You'll be providing specialised clinical care, particularly around tracheostomy management, seizure response, enteral feeding, and other high-intensity supports. Based in Osborne Park, Kalkoup Clinics is a nurse-led organisation committed to delivering holistic and compassionate healthcare services. We support children and young adults with complex medical needs, offering in-clinic appointments, in-home nursing services, NDIS assessments, care planning, and education for families. What you’ll be doing:

Providing person-centred nursing care aligned with each child’s individual care plan.

Managing tracheostomy care including suctioning, tube changes, and airway emergencies.

Responding confidently to paediatric seizures, including administering emergency medications.

Providing oxygen therapy and monitoring respiratory needs.

Delivering enteral feeding via PEG and monitoring for any complications.

Keeping accurate, NDIS-compliant shift notes and reports.

Working closely and compassionately with families, carers, and the broader clinical team.

Flexibly available for both day (8-hour) and night (10-hour) shifts, with specific days to be confirmed at the start of the role.

Who we are looking for:

Essential:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

At least 1 year of experience in paediatric acute care or community nursing.

Strong clinical skills in tracheostomy care, seizure management, PEG feeding, and oxygen therapy.

Current First Aid and CPR certification (HLTAID011).

Current National Police Clearance

Working with Children Check (WA).

Valid WA Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.

Someone confident working independently, but also great at keeping in touch with the team.
