We are an innovative manufacturer of portable power boards and extension leads, We are looking for an electrical trade assistant and junior store person to join our existing team initially on a casual basis.

Your new role

Working within our workshop, your roll will involve assembling basic wiring looms for power boards and assisting our Store person in day-to-day jobs. Other roles will include quality check on manufactured goods, operating our multiple CNC machines, laser engraver. The successful candidate will be able to multitask effectively while maintaining our high-quality standards. This role is intended to move to a permanent part time or full-time role for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities include

Assembly of basic wiring looms

Quality control checks for manufactured items

Operating CNC and Laser machines

Conducting receiving and dispatch duties

Have input of new product development and quality control procedures

General maintenance of machinery and workshop

About You

Ability to work efficiently with high attention to detail and accuracy

A team player with proven ability to work unsupervised

Industrial experience is highly regarded

A forklift licence is an advantage but not essential

Computer skills essential as all machinery is operated on computers

A positive attitude

Strong written and verbal communication skills
