About the role

Electroplus is seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Trade Assistant to join our team in Wahroonga, NSW. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work alongside experienced tradespeople and learn new skills in a supportive environment. As an Electrical Trade Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our electricians to deliver high-quality services to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

Assist with installation of temporary and permanent electrical systems (e.g., site power boards, lighting).

Help run and pull cables through walls, ceilings, and underground conduits.

Prepare surfaces and fixings for electrical fixtures (e.g., switchboards, lighting, outlets).

Preparing work areas and cleaning up after tasks are completed

Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve your skills

What we're looking for

A strong interest in the electrical trade and a willingness to learn

Good problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to follow instructions and work safely

Physically fit to perform tasks involving lifting and manual handling

A current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
