About the role

En3rgy Solutions is seeking an experienced Airconditioning / Solar Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Adelaide, SA. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base in the renewable energy and HVAC solutions industry.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and engage with new potential customers in the residential space

Conduct sales to showcase our range of energy-efficient airconditioning and solar power systems

Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to ensure a smooth sales experience

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective communication and conversion

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activities

What we're looking for

Proven track record in sales, preferably within the HVAC or renewable energy sectors

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

Technical knowledge of airconditioning and solar power systems, or the willingness to learn

Driven, ambitious, and passionate about sustainable energy solutions

Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
