Think Renewable is seeking a motivated and reliable Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-the-ground role based in New South Wales, suited to someone with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in the renewable energy sector. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored solar and battery solutions that align with evolving energy needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operations:

· Develop and implement short- and long-term growth strategies for the lead generation team

· Ensure WH&S and compliance procedures are followed across relevant activities

Sales:

· Generate accurate sales forecasts and projections

· Engage with clients to understand their energy needs and recommend suitable solutions

· Build long-term relationships based on trust and product knowledge

· Stay up-to-date on electricity tariffs, pricing structures, and solar technologies

· Design system proposals using company-provided software

· Prepare formal offers, including delivery timelines and payment terms

· Monitor competitor activity and share insights with management

· Conduct face-to-face meetings and calls with clients and subcontractors

· Provide site-based solar energy assessments

· Track KPIs, conversions, and overall sales performance

People:

· Support and train lead generation team members

· Carry out monthly performance reviews and provide feedback using Employment Hero

What We’re Looking For

· Relevant Bachelor degree qualification

· Minimum 1-year work experience in a similar role

· Knowledge of the solar/renewable energy sector

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to explain technical information in simple terms

· Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

· Trustworthy with confidential information

· Comfortable working both independently and in a team
