About the Role

Elite Smart Energy Solutions is expanding! We’re on the lookout for driven, experienced phone sales professionals to help Victorian households transition to energy-efficient solutions including solar panels, battery storage, electric hot water systems, and reverse-cycle air conditioning.

All products are supported by substantial government incentives under the Solar Victoria, STC, and Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) programs—making them highly attractive and easy to sell.

What’s On Offer

$30/hour base + uncapped commission

OTE: $125k–$150k

10 qualified phone appointments provided daily – absolutely no cold calling

Full training provided on products, rebates, and closing strategies

Work from our brand-new office in South Melbourne

What You'll Be Selling

Heat Pump Hot Water Systems

Reverse-Cycle Split System Air Conditioning

Residential Solar Panels and Battery Storage

Responsibilities

Close qualified warm leads (30%+ expected close rate)

Educate customers on energy-efficient product upgrades

Effectively manage objections and build strong rapport over the phone

Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and hit KPIs

About You

1+ year of phone-based sales experience (Energy, Telco, Solar preferred)

Strong communicator and natural closer

Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient

Experience in VEU or solar energy sales is highly regarded
