Arbor Solutions is a professional company based in Carrum Downs working around Melbourne & the Mornington Peninsula. We are looking for a motivated apprentice who is passionate about all aspects of environmental and tree works. The applicant is expected to undertake the certificate 3 in Arboriculture and work alongside the team at Arbor Solutions.

We travel around all areas of Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. The Scope of work for the successful applicant will include tree climbing & rigging, tree removals, pruning, cable/bracing installation, ground crewing with the team, truck driving, stump grinding, chainsaw, chipper and loader operations and a variety of maintenance associated with the equipment.

Essentials:

• Car Licence (manual preferable)
• Knowledge & appreciation of OH&S
• Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
• White Card
• Reasonable level of fitness to work in this style of industry
• Punctual, reliable and enthusiastic.

Advantageous Criteria:

• Current MR licence - or willing to do training
• Machinery Tickets including Loader.
• First Aid training
• Police Check
• Working with Children Check
• EWP Ticket
