About the role

We are seeking an experienced Arborist to join our thriving team at Otway Tree Care. As a fulltime Arborist based in Apollo Bay VIC 3233, you will be responsible for the skilled care and maintenance of trees, providing expert knowledge and practical services to our residential and commercial clients. This is a unique opportunity to work for a leading provider of tree care solutions in a beautiful coastal region.

What you'll be doing

Assess the health and condition of trees and develop tailored care plans

Expertly prune, trim and remove trees using industry-leading techniques and equipment

Provide advice to clients on tree planting, maintenance and management

Diagnose and treat tree diseases, pests and other issues

Operate tree care machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

Prepare detailed assessments and maintain accurate job records

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our tree care services

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in Arboriculture or a related field

Significant experience as an Arborist, ideally 3+ years

Demonstrated expertise in tree assessment, pruning, removal and maintenance

Proficiency in operating a range of tree care equipment and machinery

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

A passion for the environment and commitment to sustainable tree care practices

Current driver's licence and ability to travel to job sites
