Black and White Contracting Pty Ltd is currently seeking experienced and qualified Mechanical Fitters, Boilermakers, and Advanced Riggers for upcoming construction projects across various site locations. These roles are casual with immediate starts available and the opportunity to join a high-performing, supportive team.

We are a locally owned business delivering end-to-end construction solutions—from initial design through to commissioning. As part of our crew, you’ll be exposed to a wide range of work across dynamic and rewarding projects.

What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rates – $69 Per Hour for Mechanical Fitters and Boilermakers, $64 Per Hour for Advanced Riggers

Fortnightly pay

Opportunities for both site-based work and occasional workshop hours

2/1 FIFO, Pick your family friendly roster on selected projects.

We’re Looking for Candidates Who Have:

Relevant trade qualifications for the role applying (Fitter/Boilermaker/Rigger)

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Ability to work unsupervised and follow safety protocols

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards

Valid National Police Clearance

Able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug and Alcohol Screening

Preferred Tickets & Licences (Highly Regarded):

EWP (Elevated Work Platform)

Working at Heights

Additional site-specific or high-risk licences are advantageous
