Key responsibilities:

One-on-one in-home and community-based support

Social outings, appointments, light physical activity

Companionship and routine support

Assistance with transport (fuel reimbursed)

About you:

ABN and public liability insurance

Police check (within 12 months)

Driver’s licence and vehicle with insurance

Experience in disability or community support preferred

Confident communicator; English as a first language preferred
