ABOUT THE ROLE

• Engage with customers creating an exceptional retail experience by delivering genuine customer service
• Assisting customers with their selections and having a good understanding of miau mall products
• Merchandising the store according to sales trends and company standards
• Develop strong commercial relationships with customers
• Contribute to daily sales and KPI targets
• Process and replenish large volumes of stock efficiently

ABOUT YOU

• Enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Enjoys working in a team, being cooperative and supportive to team members
• Confident and comfortable interacting with customers
• Having a good understanding of Japanese products, trends and culture
• Knowledge of Japanese Cosmetics & Beauty products preferred
• Retail Experience preferred
