Natural Real Estate is based in the beautiful town of Torquay on Victoria’s Surf Coast. We have a dynamic team including sales agents, property managers, administration and marketing staff servicing greater Surf Coast and surrounding regions.

About the role:
We're looking for an experienced and driven Executive Assistant to keep the engine running at full speed.
This isn’t a role for someone looking to take it easy. It’s for someone who thrives in a sharp, fast-paced environment where attention to detail and follow-through matters.
Your role is to bring order, efficiency, and support to two high-performing agents so they can stay focused on listing and selling. You’ll be the backbone of their day-to-day operations, with responsibilities not limited to but including:
Managing calendars, emails, appointments, and general correspondence
Preparing sales appraisals, listing presentations, and proposals
Maintaining CRM accuracy and handling compliance documentation
Liaising with vendors, buyers, suppliers, and legal reps
Providing pre- and post-sale client care, including attendance at applicable inspections
About You
You’ve got real estate experience and an Agents Representative certificate
You’re highly organised, composed under pressure, fast on follow-up and you get what it takes to support top agents
You take initiative and stay ahead of what needs to be done
Clear communicator – verbal, written, and in tone
Strong attention to detail and pride in getting things right
Proficient with systems, Microsoft Office, and real estate CRMs
Presentable, professional, and aligned with a high-performance team culture
You have local area knowledge
Must have a driver's licence
