FourQuarters has partnered with an established WA based organisation who are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to support them on a temporary basis through their month-end and year-end process.

The Role

As the Financial Accountant you will work directly with the CFO in ensuring the delivery of timely and accurate month -end and year-end reporting.

Responsibilities include, but aren't limited too:

• End to end month end process including AR, AP, accruals and pre-payments
• Maintenance of fixed assets
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Payroll accruals including long service leave
• Ad-hoc duties as required

About You

• Proven experience in transactional accounting or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• A qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
