The Role:

• Manage a clean and well maintained portfolio- capped at 150!
• Managing a high level of landlord and tenant relationships
• No Routines!
• No Leasing!
• Use of a company car

About You:

• Minimum 1 years Property Management experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• A high level of attention to detail
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Current QLD Real Estate Licence
• Australian Driver's Licence
