The Opportunity:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and experienced Property Management Specialist to join our Sunshine Coast team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a niche market with a company that values initiative, growth, and team spirit. You will manage a portfolio of co-living properties, ensuring tenants are supported, owners are informed, and properties are compliant and well-maintained.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Conduct initial calls with new clients and maintain strong client relationships

Coordinate lease agreements and ensure legislative compliance

Conduct Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and manage contracts

Liaise with Virtual Assistants and Field Agents to secure tenants and manage inspections

Ensure all tenant documentation is saved and filed accurately

Manage maintenance issues, raise work orders, and ensure supplier compliance

Collect rent, follow up arrears, and handle bond claims

Report on inspections, routine tasks, and tenant matters

Resolve disputes with professionalism and escalate where needed
